What does coaching entail?
Coaching is an effective way to gain support and make progress around desired or necessary changes you want to make. Coaching happens through conversations, exercises, goal-setting and mindfulness and facilitates new ways of thinking and living. In my style of coaching, I offer several tools and exercises to support you in finding greater alignment with your values and and living with more presence day to day.
Do conversations happen in person or over the phone?
I coach most of my clients over the phone. I recommend taking coaching calls in a quiet and calm atmosphere where you won’t be interrupted. This allows us to be present, fully connect, and get the most out of our time together. If clients live in Greenville, SC, I enjoy setting up in-person coaching session on occasion.
How often should I schedule coaching calls?
This completely depends on your style and what works best for you. I prefer to be coached once a month but have worked with clients weekly and every two months. I encourage you to book one session, see what works best for you and go from there!
